The location was beautiful, within walking distance of a collegiate church. The twin room was a nice size with their antiques.

Breakfast with an omelet station, pastries and cakes. Historic area, very central location near to the garden, the communal areas and the ferry to Portsmouth. Again, walking distance to Museum of Torture.

Whole place was impeccably clean with particularly nice views; lovely location very near the main square. Attentive, well experienced people working here. Extensive breakfast with a lot of food options. Excellent service throughout. Honestly no complaints.

we have stayed here before, would like to stay there on the next trip. the breakfast is plentiful, includes variety of meals. the staff is well experienced and best, makes sure that the place is immaculately clean.

The staff was very friendly and acommodating. We arrived quite late and the restaurant supposed to be closing...they kept it open for us, gave us a lovely dinner outside, and they were very chatty and friendly. The room was very comfortable, very good choices for breakfast, and the price very reasonable.. The location was superb to visit Santillana and the seaside is 15 mins away. Over all was a very pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel just outside a historic village. The hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed me to easily explore the quaint town while avoiding the crowds. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the small balcony that provided a lovely view. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful antiques adorning the hotel and good bathrooms adding to the overall ambiance. Breakfast, served in the basement restaurant, was a delightful experience with a wide variety of choices that catered to everyone's taste. It was truly a memorable stay.
